About U7s 


Basketball enlightenment training for U7 children aged 5-7 years old

From the age of five, children have come to the enlightenment period of motor skills learning.


Our courses help children build movement patterns through basketball projects, such as running, jumping, throwing, etc., and at the same time develop their own physical fitness, such as agility, flexibility, coordination, explosiveness and other aspects.


Basketball special training will involve basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting, as well as the learning and practice of basketball rules.


According to the developmental characteristics of children aged 5-7, the training time of U7 is usually 60 minutes.

About U8s


U8 is suitable for children aged 6-8 years, for young players who have zero foundation and who have been exposed to basketball training.


Compared with the enlightenment training of the 5-7-year-old group, the 6-8-year-old children have stronger physical strength and concentration. The 1.5-hour training includes physical training and more basketball-related special training, skill training, special footsteps, etc. The convergence and combination of various technologies.


According to the developmental characteristics of children aged 6-8, the training time of U8 is 90 minutes.

About U10s


U10 suitable for children aged 8-10


Course content includes


Special basic skills training with and without the ball, training of individual and multi-person offensive and defensive skills, and application of basic skills and tactics


Physical fitness training

(agility, speed, explosiveness, flexibility, coordination, etc.)


Complex action pattern construction

(Running in disguise, jumping with one and two feet, throwing with one hand, etc.)


Children aged 8-10 have better cognitive ability and concentration ability than those in the younger age group, and the control of training intensity and details will be more strict. The training time of U10 is 90 minutes.

About U12s


U12 suitable for children aged 9-11.


With age, young players aged 9-11 have significantly improved their understanding and mental capacity in training.


The development of physical fitness is also closer to the needs of basketball specialties, such as high-intensity and low-interval cardiorespiratory endurance, light and straight explosive power, lateral movement, etc. The training courses have significantly improved the difficulty and intensity of technical movements.


The training will set more complex skills training tasks, combined with the actual combat skills on the field, to help children achieve double progress from basic skills to actual combat field.


According to the developmental characteristics of children aged 9-11, U12 training usually lasts for 120 minutes.

About U14s


U14 suitable for children aged 11-13


The content of the course will be more professional and targeted, and the technical details will be strictly controlled to help children consolidate basic and standardized technical movements and professional offensive and defensive tactics


Physical fitness will focus on the development of muscle strength and cardiorespiratory ability, help children discover their potential, and strive to cultivate basketball as a skill in their hobbies.


The training is usually 120 minutes and requires children to be enthusiastic and fully committed.

About U16s


U16 suitable for children aged 13-15 years old


The content of the course will be more professional and targeted, and the technical details will be strictly controlled to help children consolidate basic and standardized technical movements and professional offensive and defensive tactics.


Physical fitness will focus on the development of muscle strength and cardiorespiratory ability, help children discover their potential, and strive to cultivate basketball as a skill in their hobbies.

About U18s


U18 players is aimined at players aged 14-18,


Course training is aimed at young players who intend to develop basketball into a professional or semi-professional, and need to have a certain technical level and physical fitness.


Course content includes personal technical development and improvement, game style guidance, reinforcement of weaknesses, technical and tactical analysis, etc.


Physical fitness involves more special performances, such as strength endurance, speed endurance, special bursts, etc.


The training time is usually 120 minutes, the training intensity is high and the rhythm is tight

About U10 & U12 REPs


Rep's training is aimed at the young players who have participated in the VJBL league and the school representative team. The young players need to have a higher level of basic basketball skills and corresponding game experience.


The teaching content includes the development of special skills and physical fitness, the improvement of game performance, the understanding of tactics and strategies, and the construction of personal technical style.


Aims to help young players improve their sports performance on high-level arenas and develop their personal competitive sports careers.


The physical fitness and concentration of Rep training players also have very high challenges and requirements. The training time is usually 150/180 minutes.

U12 ELITE/REP  Sun 11:00-1:00 pm


About U12 & U14 REPs


Rep's training is aimed at the young players who have participated in the VJBL league and the school representative team. The young players need to have a higher level of basic basketball skills and corresponding game experience.


The teaching content includes the development of special skills and physical fitness, the improvement of game performance, the understanding of tactics and strategies, and the construction of personal technical style


Aims to help young players improve their sports performance on high-level arenas and develop their personal competitive sports careers


The physical fitness and concentration of Rep training players also have very high challenges and requirements. The training time is usually 150/180 minutes.
